My apologies for this problem. We received a shipment of bad decal paper from our supplier. The problem is not detectable until you soak the decal to apply it at which time you will find the decal will not release from the carrier sheet. If you bought your Blair Line decals more than a few weeks ago or they are not laser cut, they are ok and usable.

The problem decals are only very recently produced beginning April 15, 2015 and shipping after that date until May 31, 2015. Not every decal set in these number series are bad. Only 10-25 bad sheets in each number series were shipped. The following decals are affected. HO scale part numbers: 2244, 2246, 2247, 2248, 2256, 2257, 2262, 2263 and N scale part numbers: 1256, 1258, 1259, 1262, 1263.

We now have good decals back in supply with good paper. We have also implemented new testing and production controls to insure this does not happen again.

If you have a bad set of decals here are your options:
1. You may return the bad decal sheet to us for a new set of good decals.
2. You may return the bad decal sheet to us for a refund.

Note: Return the sheets in any shape, decals cut out, etc. and we will honor your wishes. Send the decals in a regular envelope and make sure you give us your return address.
